the bluish stuff if probably some kind of powder idk but the sticks are taped with colored tape so they glow under a blacklight.

There is no excuse for dirty playing. If they had spend half the time working on cleaning up some of the sections, and not so much on the visuals, it would have been better.

You could also caulk the rims of the drums and use watered down poster paint like blue man group. But confetti is much less messy but cant be replenished easily
