When ring 1 and 4 are selected turn two times right

You need to repair this particular piece of the aqueduct first to climb up there. I thought this is so obvious that it doesn't need to be shown.

Well, that sounds strange. It's been a while since I played AC:B for the last time but I believe there is section in the DNA menu that allows you to see where the glyphs are and which ones you already got. It's some sort of overview of all locations and the ones with a glyph have a glyph symbol in their picture. It should show you in some way if you solved it or not. (Sorry if I'm wrong). Otherwise you have to visit all places again to find out which one you are missing.

@PowerPyx I had trouble with this. There is one glyph that can't be accessed until you renovate the building it's on. I believe the glyph you are looking for is the one on the side of the Blooming Rose. (Rose en Fiore). There are some missions there you must complete, then, once you do that, you renovate the builidng and it will be there.
