@supermariosoniczelda Well, technically, I don't have permission to use the music... however, a lot of the music I use is the apple loops in Garage Band, which are not copyrighted. As for the stuff that is not, I usually give credit to the creators in the description. That way, by using a small, awesome portion from it, it's basically advertising for the people who made the song.

I realize my logic may not be PERFECT, but it seems to be working.

@Lightspeed416 Dude, SpinDashpro doesn't just sit around all day and come up with ideas for his videos. He actually has things to do, and family to spend time with. Normal people hang out with their family around Christmas time, so I don't think he/she had time to make the video. Besides, making a video takes a REALLY long time, because you have to film it and edit it and upload it, so don't expect SpinDashpro to be cranking out videos every second of his life. Just lay off him, Lightspeed416.
