I was in Trinity Church that evening and this was one of the highlights of the concert. The video only partially conveys the swell of feeling and sound that Melanie DeMore evoked from the musicians and the audience. By the end of the piece, I thought it would raise the roof of that old church! -- and Ms. DeMore, not very tall, with her great energy and infectious smile, standing in the middle of it all, making it happen.
