i used a girdle and my binder from the hospital for months after surgery and it really helped with the swelling and handling what gravity was making so obvious. great video!
Thanks for your compliments! I have really needed them from all the people who comment. It makes recovery so much easier. I just asked my nurse for one and she brought me three. No doubt i paid for all three but still now i can wash them between uses and still have a good one at all times. Great tool for sure.
sorry to hear about the bout with dehydration.. it is really hard to get in the full amount of liquid we need right after surgery, but it does get easier and more possible the farther out we are.
