Alb NM was often featured on COPS, but our last Mayor said it gave the city a 'bad image'. APD referred to the deadliest area as, 'The War Zone', where the badass Cubans were dumped by Catholic Services, after Castro 'Boat lifted' his prisons and asylums to the USA. The Mayor came down on APD. He said it would now be referred to as 'The International Zone'. Same deadly area (Doper recently executed his girlfriend's baby there), But a much nicer name. APD is Tough on crime Now. 'Tango Down'.

Ha! Ah yes, Mayor Chavez was living in a fantasy land when he made that statement! It will always be the "War Zone" to anybody who has been there. I know exactly where you are talking about on East Central. I lived on Grove off of Chico behind the Caravan East, I had a spent bullet come through my house and land in the kitchen on New Years Eve. That was one night it was safer to be out partying than at home! Dang Cubans, they started an instant gang war with the local vatos when they arrived.

The song "Highway Patrol" helpps us fell just a little better for a little while out here where it is open season for Cop killers.

A lot of police used to like country western but the new bunch likes Heavy Metal.

It depends on what is going on in the video.You always want to pick music that matches what is happening in the video.

Like the Highway Patrol song that Junior Brown did matches the video PERFECTLY.

You might want to check out some of the old WWF wrestler theme songs...or something like that. There's a lot of GREAT music out there.
