I like all styles and It just makes you look sad that you're only liking one type of dance because it looks cool or it was out longer. I keep my weight centred so that I don't lose balance like the video says . But if you can , it helps to shift your weight with your leg that you're not spinning on . So basically you don't keep your weight in one spot since your leg is always moving , your weight should always be shifting .
