this guys had a lot of talent going on ... but they need to work hard to improve their live performances, because " Oracular Spectacular" is a hell of a LSD trip ... but they can´t demostrate all the sounds & ideas without visuals, or lights or something!

what are you talking about? There are no visuals or lights when you listen to the cd.. you use your imagination. I see the shapes of sound floating around whenever I go to a concert. You need to use your mind. Although some people just don't get it without REAL visuals... thats sad.

the time signature of 6/8 is ussualy used in dances. like you would count it 123456, 123456 each messure. in other words, he's saying DANCE!

Its in reference to the last song they played.  If you watch Weekend Warriors from this same show, they say something about needing to play faster music so the crowd will be more into it. He said they needed to play in 6/8 time.
