  • al is the man

  • Good choices. I would add the original Fahrenheit in there. I know its old school but that stuff is just amazing. I would add versace's versace man and the dreamer as well. Good video!!

  • The price tag on the creed is a shocker!

  • u know instead of bathing in cologne it might help to bathe

  • ok

  • i respect your top 10

  • Eternity is great, eternity and sex appeal go together like peas and carrots. eternity had a sample ad in playboy for many years. guys love it and women do to ) As for polo, i think they have some great scents as well. i have polo blue and polo big pony collection 1-4.

  • Is polo or eternity any good?

  • ..tom ford tuscan leather ,gucci pour homme ,juicy couture dirty english ..

  • 3 people have different taste in cologne then you, but you know I can respect that

  • First, let me congratulate you for the video. Because i consider myself a little bit complicated when it comes to fragrances, i find myself now in a "pickle", so i turned to YouTube in search for help. Among weird and unhelpful information, I found your video which i appreciated the most. Let me say that i consider myself close to your preferences in terms of fragrances, even if my style is rather different. Last 3: Terre D'Hermes, Versace pour Homme, Le male 2. What would you recommend further?

  • I had: A*Man (not to impressed), 1 Mil. (My girlfriend loved it), Ultraviolet (was one of my basic fragrances), Dior Homme (not too impressed), Code (very elegant but too commercial),Solo Loewe (i liked it), Attitude, Sculpture from Nikos (nice but not lasting so much) ... (the list goes on, i wanted just for you to make an idea about the style). I smelled and tested in the shops (Allure, La nuit, Wood, etc.) I'm just looking for something out of the ordinary that can smell elegant (suit style).

  • Nice review!

Please don't forget to mention whether a perfume is more appropriate for winter/summer or fall.

  • thak you

  • I'll put another + in for La Nuit -- awesome stuff. I blind bought the EDT and love it then I got the EDP. Both are pretty amazing scents.

  • @surgeyX Hi, I got the EDT of La nuit as I wasn't aware they made an EDP in men's fragrances!...anyway, I really like it but I find I can't smell it after a few mins and I want to be able to still smell it myself, is it worth getting the EDP and does it have a better 'throw' and does it smell different or just stronger? Cheers in advance!

  • @IainiaI

I use about 4 sprays of La Nuit EDT and I'm good for around 5 hours. Spray your shirt or undershirt, it will last longer. The EDP version is a bit stronger but it's a different scent imho. It's not as spicy, it's more sweet and the top has anise in it.

  • got any samples you could send out to me of g.i.t.? or a sample pack of some of these fragrances? id pay

  • hey man is there any other fragrances similar like tobacco vanille for under $100 thanks

  • I will never buy A men One million.Reason,am too old for such screaming scents.not too bad a list.tend to go for scents that dont receive reviews that much

  • seemed pretty slanted towards cooler weather...but those are when the good scents come out anyways =]

  • Your in the top 3 best reviewers of Cologne on the net, LOVE your reviews man!!! Thanks for posting all of these man, big help!

  • You are great, continue with your nice reviews. Greetings from Portugal

  • Great review, i liked the names of the fragances written on screen, thank you, this is the way it should be. I´m looking for a review of Montblanc Legend.

  • Can you recommend a cologne that smells like water? I know water doesn't have an aroma, but you get what I mean. Just something watery and fresh. Thank you!

  • @FM897

Bvlgari Aqva smells like ocean water (salt water)

  • How is paco rabanne .. For party's n should I buy i

  • Great reviews bro.. i looked some of the colognes up on amazon some are $200 plus never have spent that much on cologne.. maybe that's why i never get puss.

  • @Jmitch767 Hahahahahahahahahahahaaa Feel bad for ya bro! LOL

  • @Jmitch767

You don't get women because of your cologne. Your cologne is just a way of expressing yourself.

  • @Jmitch767 LOL

  • @Jmitch767 the fragrance doesn't make you, you make the fragrance ;)

  • I was wondering what would be your recommendation to a YSL La Nuit de L'homme lover. I want to get Dior Homme Intense but it's now reformulated so I don't know if you still keep that perfume in the same ranking and recommend to me? Thanks for you time, your reply will mean a lot to me!

  • someone says you only have 1 slot available for Designer and 1 Slot for Niche for one year from the bottles you put up there, which 1 bottle of Designer and Niche would you choose and why.

  • you should put the cologne names on the video description

  • you can sell this shit.

  • Awesome reviews my man, all your hard work is appreciated!!

  • shame i cnt get creeds they react to my skin funny :l

  • I'm definitely in the major with my dislike of Green Irish Tweed. Its smells like some thing I had back in the 90's haha I love DHI and Musc Ravaguer though! I need to try new harlaam even though I don't have high hopes for it, since I don't like most of the bonds everyone seem to love. I prefer YSL L'Homme over La Nuit easily.

  • You are very handsome

  • Good job dude!!!!

  • Tom Ford and Bond NY are the best... Mist people wont spend 150-200 tho. Too bad.... nice work!

  • Al..

What should I buy first YSL L'Homme or La Nuit ?

  • Love your style and way you do your videos Al!

Keep up the great work and look forward to more of your reviews in the future!

    Cheers from Australia!

  • @badhabitz69 Thanks for the kind words that means alot to me

  • Al - thanks for this video. Great choices. Agree with all your designer choices. Have/owned all of them, though I have to say that Dior Homme (original/intense/sport) just hasn't worked for me.

  • GOOD SELECTION OF FRAGRANCES

  • Awesome review dude! Keep up the great work!

  • @NYKnicks6 Thanks alot my man

  • no farenheit bro?....great video though

  • Good list bro

  • My favorite so far is Guerlain L'Instant Extreme Pour Homme

  • YSL La nuit is weak

  • not sure about Musc Rav but good choices otherwise

  • Like ur top ten dude! Especially the two Creeds & Tom Fords. Send me some samples to u.k lol

  • Cant wait to buy PE too though. Almost at 30 bottles =)

  • I ended up buying the Allure today and not the PE! Very happy with my purchase!

  • @jessemseitif Awesome Congrats you can't go wrong with either one Chanel puts out Quality fragrances enjoy your Allure

  • @FRAGRANCEFANATIC1 Al, since I made my original post, as well as getting Allure, I bought PE off somebody on fb and also got Bleu de Chanel. I'm a proud owner of 4 chanels now! Your reviews of Allure, AHS,PE, BDC, were all factors in my purchasing these fragrances. Thanks for your excellent reviews. My next purchase will be A*Men. I have a decant and am in love with it!

  • Al, I love your videos, your personality and your presentation, keep up the good work my friend!

  • @PatrickTempleTV Thank You for the kind words it means alot to me

  • awesome list buddy you have great taste in fragrances!

  • Very good list, some wonderful masculines here. I love your descriptions. They are a little surreal and I totally get where you are coming from. I bet you're a foodie too :)

  • hi men greats review's you have, a question men, wich cologne you recommend for a under 20 year old men to the school, for the day an other for the night. Thx and sorry for my english :)

  • Enjoy every frag on your list Al. Does your wife have a favorite that she likes to smell on you? I have around 15 different bottles, but the only ones my wife really likes are la nuit and pure malt! lol.

  • AL is just like Pitbull, they both actually have eyes.

Pitbull - Rain (of fragrances) over me!!!!!

  • Encens et Bubblegum by Etat libre d' Orange smells bubblegum, besides 1million. They are completely different perfumes. Have you tried it, Al?

  • All good ones al.. I like these vids of just you sharing your opinion. Its nice to see them as well as the street scents. Sometimes I wanna hear what you have to say as well.

  • Where can I buy rochas man intense? Plz reply

  • Wheres Jean pau

  • @NoahOfTheYork I did Jean Paul Gaultier Le Male a Honorable Mention

  • Awesome list Al.

  • Good list man!

  • @dracdoc Thanks alot buddy

  • Very good list. All good blind buys imo.

  • @shogunate83 Yes all of these Fragrances are good Blind Buys and they all belong in The Fragrance/Cologne Hall Of Fame lol

  • Great video Al. A bunch of great frags out there for sure. Few of them on my wish list.

  • @kirill19902 Thanks Brother awesome hopefully you will get them soon

  • Great lists. Nice to see someone give the original A*Men some love over Pure Malt.

  • @BetawiBlood Thanks Yeah I think Angel Men is a classic

  • great, fat free selection.

  • Would include Pure Havane too, over the original Amen or Pure Coffee anyway. Good vid overall.

  • git is the best everyone love it

  • I love these kinds of videos Al. Top tens, top 5's, best summer scents etc. Keep 'em comming.

  • Great video Al but I have to admit, I don't think that Musc Ravageur is a "safe" niche scent.

  • @Baneframe Really I think MR is pretty safe after the opening just like Angel Men. Once MR gets into the heart its smooth sailing gets me alot of compliments

  • Very nice list al. You know I loved your niche list. Great video.

  • You should have included Chergui in honorable mentions.

  • Great list Al. All high quality stuff. I still caution people about Musc Ravageur. It really isn't for everyone. And for those who do enjoy MR, it usually an acquired taste.

  • @rhaybans I enjoy the opening of Musc Ravageur the Cloves a sweet spicy earthy smell after that 1st hour its straight up amazing for 10 hours. When I first smelled MR I thought to myself what the hell is. I gave it another chance thank god I did cause it is a masterpiece in my eyes.

  • Green Irish tweed is an overpriced bottle of nastyness..Nice video though

  • GREAT LIST AL! Seriously.

  • AL i think this is the New Generation of MUST HAVES.. the ADG LE MALE 212 AMEN ALLURE ISSEY D&G Eternity Cool water.. they are the past classics..

  • It just has to have a silver ring below the sprayer or the black ring below the sprayer but not from after next week, complicated

  • Freaking awesome Big AL!!!!

  • From what year the bottle must be to get the old version?

  • I just opened up one of the last bottles from Strawberrynet, cost me $75.00 and 20$ to get my order straightened out with HongKong..

    I'll sell this 1.7 oz non re-formulated

Dior Homme Intense, I opened it and sprayed it one time an hour ago.

I am on basenotes as davidbee456

  • nice top 5 designer list. i own all except allure homme, i replaced it with allure homme sport as allure homme has that Jamaican pepper in the middle notes that is spicy and sharp as a mofo.

  • am i the only one thinks that GIT is overrated?..

  • I just can't get into Creed, I can smell the genuine quality in them but there isnt one creed that I've tried that really gets my like so many Serge Lutens, Guerlains or Tom Fords... I can see why people love them though.

  • Excellent list Al, i still need to get Dior Homme intense.

  • feeling the niche list!

  • @walidn09 Thnk You

  • Al, does that mean you recommend Allure over Platinum Egoiste? I have had one on each wrist today and have been researching and watching videos on both for the last two weeks. I'm having trouble deciding on which one I'm gonna but tommorow. I was leaning with PE but you just made my decision more difficult ,there both so good! I know PE is your signature but do you believe Allure is more of a must have? Thanks for the great video! =)

  • @jessemseitif Actually I believe both are amazing I have been wearing PE for years and now have a taste for Allure Homme both are great. Overall PE lasts longer if that helps

  • @FRAGRANCEFANATIC1 Yeah, I did notice PE lasts longer on my skin too. I think I'm going to buy PE first and then Allure for my following purchase. Thank you for the response, much appreciated!

  • @jessemseitif

I would personally go with Allure Homme. But it's all about taste, if both are good just buy one now and the other one later. ;-)

  • @Atmosphereification Yeah, I do like Allure a little more, but I feel like I have more fragrances that smell similar but nothing that smell anything like PE. Im excited to add both to my collection! Going later today to pick up one, still contemplating which I'll get first. Thanks for the input =)

  • I can't find the old version of Dior Homme Intense, any suggestions???

  • @WilburnTV Try Strawberrynet they might have a few DHI bottles left

  • @FRAGRANCEFANATIC1 Just purchased my old formulation of Dior Homme Intense off Strawberrynet! :)
