i dont know abou that, i went on the inukshuk in my teens and it wobbled. i can't beleive someone didnt tip it overyet :S

Oh yeah, the Inuksuk will not move, unless a hurricane or something hits. It's permenant for sure.

Looks like it should be there,for quite some time,despite the wind.Which,judging by the lack of any taller plants,must be a constant thing at that spot.
