Further more, Youtube takes down every bit of video that recieves enough complaints and threats to sue because they are trying to cover their own asses. So yes you can say it is youtube's fault and "fuck youtube". However it is also the people's fault for filing for so many complaints, or rather those corporations that have put youtube in the situation to to either take down the vid or get sued. Let's just makes things clear here. 4kids was sued by Japan, preferably those in charge of Yugioh. They filed for bankruptcy under the third chapter I believe, and thusly they have nothing to do with it. Japan has recently been on a sue happy basis, more notably after the devastation the came their way, you'd notice alot of anime and japanese based vids were taken down by Japanese corporations. 4kids, is out of the picture unless they find an alternative.
