When I had an allergic reaction to Tegretol, I got so severely dizzy I thought I was going to pass out. I've never been that disoriented in my life. It felt like I was on a merry-go-round that was spinning 120 mph but there was no "high" feeling associated w/ it. Just a mad spinning sensation that made me unbelievably nauseated.
