I really can't believe I'm the only person that discovered how to extract itunes artwork. Also try clicking on the area where you copy or drag the artwork. It shows the album cover in full screen. It looks good if you have a large high quality image, but the image looks terrible if you used a bad one. Try it out. It looks like a digital vinyl.
