Well, I really like this commercial. But I've heard so much people saying that classic movies and actors shouldn't be used like this. I partly agree with them. If someone do a commercial using wonderful Fred Astaire for example, I'm afraid I won't like this. Atown... it has nothing to do with what david elsewhere looks like... the whole purpose of the advertisement is to show the merging of old and new. It wouldn't have the same effect. Nor would it be half as impressive if they just video taped him doing the same act. think about how much green screening and hardcore video editing was done in this. It's actually super impressive.
