I seriously dont get the tuning.. So you get a 7 string. keep the top string standard b. But tune all the others up?? Wouldnt that snap a string???

@AusieeTwinsz Yeah the B stays the same and the other six are up a whole step. Mine haven't snapped im just real careful. If you want to do it right you'll need to get your guitar set up for this tuning

@wangleberry Cool man! i have a peavey 6505+ but for this recording i used my line 6 tone port with just a little delay. chris used a prophecy head and not too sure about the pedals. I learned the song by ear and with help from chris. thanks for the comment

How do you keep those sweeps so clean? I've been trying to get this technique down, but all the notes sound together like I'm strumming a chord. =/

Idk if this will make sense, but as soon as you hit the note, let the string go. That way they won't ring out like a chord. It's hard to do but it sounds great.

Ok, I've been trying to figure this out. That various sweeping part that starts in B minor, are you doing straight strokes down, or are you sweeping top to bottom really fast? Is the sweep similar to that of Black Reign Gold?

It's at the very beginning. It has almost a galloping pattern. Like for example you bar fret 8 and hammer onto fret 12 in palm muted down strokes?

Yep its not the usa model. Its still an amazing guitar. Yes it has large frets and emg pickups and the extended cutaway. I was dissapointed that it didn't come with the low profile tremelo like it was supposed to
