This game has one of the best stories in entire gaming industry. It makes me really sad that there are no such deep stories nowadays. Imagine this game made with visuals from "Samaritan" UDK tech demo. That would blow my mind.

I played trough this game, breath taking!

The story plot is amazing, the programming, graphics, interactions, dialogues and other neat features are awesome.

I've read a review by GameSpot where they point out some negative stuff like this:

- "Puzzles do little more than guide you through the game" (Rather cool IMHO.);

- "Shooting segments nothing more than a distraction" (And a game is what?);

To GameSpot reviewer I would like to ask, when was the last time you played an PAC adventure game?

Just finished it and I must say i was very impressed by it. A great game indeed. despite the 80s gameplay and graphics, i still had a great time with it. The story is also amazing and complex. The guy who did this game could be the next Hideo Kojima in the making.

@omma911 I doubt you'll get one, unfortunately. It was made in AVS which is (as far as i'm aware) not exactly straightforward to do 360 etc. ports from. On the other hand it has very low system requirements. If you posted this comment from a windows PC, that PC was good enough to watch this video so it's probably good enough to play the game!

The simple yet effective game design and story-driven plot has already established this game as a potential classic. @Matsute It's always hard to tell with adventure games, but it took me and my wife about 7 hours to finish it completely. It could be less or more depending on if you get stuck on some puzzle or another, or if you play with a walkthrough!

@peringalitte Who ever said depth "requires" 3D? And why target Cameron in particular? He got his start in low-budget films during the 80s, and his work on Terminator and Aliens were both very influential in the development of this EXACT style.

I understand if 3D graphics molested you as a child and you're still broken over it, but otherwise I don't get the point to your post. This looks like a sweet game; let's focus on that and leave the rants for the rebellious teenagers.

@vjnctn He's talking about the fact that James Cameron directed only TWO good movies, those being Terminator 2 and Aliens. The rest of the time he got money shoved up his ass for just toying with gizmos. He's using Cameron as an example because this trailer shows what can be done with a low budget, while Cameron shows how truly bad visuals with high budgets can be. And yes, 3D did touch my penis when I was 12.

@TheGameSquid I was actually referring to Terminator 1, not 2, which was an extremely low-budget film that received critical acclaim for helping to shape the tech noir genre. So actually, Cameron is also a great example of what can be done with a low budget.

The great thing about this game is that it hearkens back to a time where games often blended tech noir stylings with adventure game roots; two genres we rarely see these days. That to me is more important than a boring 2D vs. 3D rant.
