That's very interesting. I would expect it to embed itself deep into the ice, not bounce back up. How deep is the ice/snow and what sort of ground was beneath it? Ofcourse it spins! The grooves in the barrel of the gun makes it spin as it flies through the air. By shooting in the ice you stop the forward travel but the spin continues.

Ice is cold. Its like a person skating, if ice was warm they wouldnt slide too far due to friction. The bullet continues to spin because of the lack of friction and tremendous velocity. For them people who think this is fake or some other shit.

The reason that it spins is because inside the barrel, there are nicks and swirls to make it spin for accuracy, and since the ice isn't rough like concrete, or squishy and sticky like balistic gel, it doesn't stop spinning until it just looses volocity due to friction the round is causing. its science, not magic, this myth is real, it does work
