i love the 4th of july tutu at the end ... i have two little girls and i want to make something like that for them this year, and their daddy is a marine so i think he would be super excited. Anyways i was wondering how do to it with the 3 different lenght tulles. thank you so much :D

How do you know how long it will be? &When you do it the knot way does it come out thin where you can see through it when you put it on?

Okay the tutu its no sew;Thats awesome but when you get finish is it thick os is it thin like when you put it on you can see though it ?

@LadiiRockStarFamous it isnt thin because i use alot of tulle, however those colors are light therefore it may look a little sheer. for example if you use black and hot pink, it'll look dark! would you like a tutorial using darker colors?
