just have a single nuke than press` or ~ to bring up console and type in tgm it will trun god mode on and u will have unlimited ammo health everything unlimited

COC Megatoncommonhouse then just walk out, megaton will seem completely unharmed while you're in there, as soon as you leave though, the place will look destroyed. I think inside megaton there is like a sewer grate, and it takes you outside of it. Might've been a mod though.
