  • Hey Barthel, big fan. I have a problem.. torn lateral meniscus in the knee.. that means i cant squat, cant do any leg extensions.

    Now ive heard that it is very important to work out your legs in order to grow cause that releases more testosterone and growth hormones into ur bloodstream.

    Since im injured what can I do to compensate?

    Will working out just the calves do the trick?

  • i was at 260 and got to 210 in 9months so i know i lost a lilbit of muscle my max was at 365 with benchpess

  • ive been cutting for 5months now i only lifted light wieghts and only used smithbenchpress thats acualy rusted im up to 225x12or 13 im 210 if i start lifting heavy weights and do some x6 lifts would i get more bulkier just cuz ive been cutting for 5months

  • Oh yeah I also use Greens in my shake, anyway these people need to watch more of your video's you are always honest about the supps you review and if you don't like it or don't think it's necessary you will say it. But for all you haters take a look at his older videos and look at him now..Barthel put in a lot of hard work, put his diet in check, and yeah he takes supplements and they help but give the guy some credit. He also has a good positive attitude which is great.

  • Yo JR, great channel and you gotta a lot of great advice. But I gotta say, I think you take waaaaaay too many supplements. I know you mentioned you get hooked up on a lot of them, maybe even all of them by now, but is there a reason you take so many, other than the fact that you get hooked up?

  • Man you have a lot of hater comments, these people haven't been following you long, you always say that you don't need the supplements but they help. If you the intra is working for you then fine, personally I just take a pre and then after my work out I make my own shake with On Whey natural (it has stevia in it) and I use the CGT by On for my creatine. I take a multi, fish oil, and COQ10 and that's it. It helps keep me in shape but its more about diet and working out as you have said.

  • @bondons64 i still got abs. A bit bloated from cake burgers and real people food from bday parties for my awesome 6 year old niece. You should see abs in the next video with some more posing. I try and keep around 10-12 percent off season. I feel ideal here

  • @bondons64 its called NOT being 5-6 % competition bodyfat anymore in order to condone a muscle building environment for your body. Also, consuming more calories to build said muscle is necessary for fastest/greatest growth.
