If I were in this, I would just run Ludicolo. The almost perfect to both Kyogre and Groudon. In Gen III, Blissey was GREAT vs Mewtwo.

I guess as there was the odd person who had sent away their game to other states - so it was explained. I have had someone send their game to me from the US with an event Mew. In return, they got a Celebi from me, which I got from someone who had used the Japanese bonus disk to get it. The Deoxys was from the European event. We sent our games to Europe, which in turn were sent to Nintendo to have the event activated on the games, before being sent back to us for a few dollars.

at an nsw event some guy threw out a black rayquaza, gold ho-oh and red celebi. either lucky or sharked. he used against my mate on da big screen. so sharked pokes allowed. CONNECTION TOUR '07

I don't know where that guy got his Deoxys from, but I got mine by sending my cart to someone in Europe during a Nintendo event. ;) Mine's legit! Again, don't know about the others.
