No, I just read somewhere that you were NEVER supposed to use more oil than vinegar. Yours looks great though. Just misinformation I'm guessing. Your vid came in handy. Thanks!
If you've been doing this for 25years you should know by now that 6 Tablespoons are equal to 1/2 Cup. Simplify. Just because you've been doing something for 25 years doesn't mean you've been doing it correctly, efficiently, or effectively. Refine your craft before you try to teach others.
(c) Wikipedia: There is no internationally agreed standard definition of the cup, whose modern volume ranges between 200 and 284 millilitres. The cup sizes generally used in the many Commonwealth countries and the United States differ by up to 44 mL (1.5 fl oz).
To make it understandable for the rest of the world its better to measure it with tablespoons.
Last summer i worked at a banking firm, and let me tell you, I hated it! I'd keep your videos running when my ass of a manager would come into my office. I used to watch your videos instead of updating spreadsheets and answering broker/agent/client calls.
your hand/arm and a whisk...you'll never see a French person using the hand blender, whisk does a fine job, takes only 30 seconds to make it that way. Let me know how you make out. Trust me, this is a fine dressing. Try it with cooked green lentils and poached eggs for a French lunch!
HAHAHA! I bet that vinaigrette broke the next day. Fucking amateur...

I always thought that you first put salt and vinegar in it and mix it. Because the salt dissolves in the vinegar...
