i think you can have 2 bear in the battle if you have hypnosis and you have a bear...and fight someone with a bear....then you can hypnotize the bear then presto! 2 bears in a battle...

You could get one at level 1, but chances are that you will get it from 3-5.

I said that you sometimes get it at level 3 if you are lucky... But it is usually level 5. Please read the description.
