Thought it was a great video--watched the follow-up and everything. I just couldn't get passed something in it though. It's called the Cosmonaut, which is a Russian Astronaut, but he's wearing the chevron and stripes of a technical sergeant in the US Air Force... and the follow up kind of reminds me of the story of Rip Van Winkle. Tom Delonge basically left the band and cried about how shit wasn't going his way, did AVA which was pretty shitty. Then came back and made Blink 182 like AVA which is probably what he originally wanted.

There's parts that are fine, but most of this is bleh.

After such a long time I don't think it's fair to expect them to continue writing songs like they did before, the band has grown up, they don't have the same issues in there lives as when they were in there twenties. They write from the heart about life experiences, I'd much rather they would write from their heart's than write what people want to hear and not genuinely mean it. That is what is so great about the band, they are genuine.

Almost a decade Im not into blink 182 anymore, but stills instigate my curiosity. This song haves a nice riff and on chorus, lyrics and the instrumental completes on a dramatic clima. I think Tom Delonge is far better than mark to create interesting music. I think mark plays bass as a frustrated guitarist. And i think mark shoudnt sing here.. his voice is so made of plastic, sounds like he is trying too hard to have a "cute voice", sounds relly pathetic when you are getting old.
