I think Aarti is full of personality and photogenic and extremely articulate. I believe she would be an excellent and refreshing face to see on the food network.

Until Aarti came along, all the Indian cookbooks I'ved used haven't helped me understand it. I love her simple, engaging presentations on Next Food Network Star, & can't wait until she has her own show! (I need to know exact amounts on spices - haven't been able to successfully replicate her food just from watching.) Her signature flower in her hair always brightens the mood when she wears one. And really WHO CARES if she's not an overblown authority when commentating! Her personality ROCKS!

Aarti really needs to win. She's has a really nice personality which makes her interesting to watch, and a great voice and accent to listen to. Not to mention Indian food is a popular cuisine that's a niche food network is lacking. She's a perfect fit. I'm betting on her to win.
