there are good video lessons for it here on youtube.. just look for it, everybody can learn gravities...

he was gravity blasting.... its when u hit the drum the end of the stick that ur holding goes down the second u hit so when u bring ur hand back up it makes another beat... making it really fast... its really easy it just takes strength and persistance to get it that fast.. sry for my spelling n.n
