what is it called when for example i play on my playstation 3 or on a laptop and it has a wireless connection with a computer.
so while i play on my laptop or ps3, the other person on the computer is doing something thats taking up alot of ram. my laptop or ps3 starts to get slow and lags like hell.
what is that called?? is it the signal strength? or what?? please i need to know. how do i make it better?
Chris, starting around 525 CE medieval computists occasionally used the Latin word "nulla" as a stand in for zero, or even more rarely just the initial N when using the numerals (Bede, 725 CE).
Ermm...UK....you know like grandfather clocks, and old clocks? Most the clocks in our house are pretty old, goes with the house I guess, since our house pre-dates 1745.
i don't think binary code for that is that short i was pretty sure that one of the books that i have said that each number is 8 numbers long or something like that like 00000000 = 0 and 00000010 = 1 idk nic3 to know tho
No, there are several 6? rows and 3? columns. Each cell is a light and multiple lights can be lit at once. The clock is read from right to left and down to up. the clock is broken up into seconds (right side, first 2 columns), minutes(middle 2 columns), hours(left 2). first cell = 0, next cell up = 2, than 4, then you move over and up to 8, 16, 32. Just look & add the lit lights values for each section. Thats the gist, It's been awhile since i've looked @ it, but you can.
The thought of having baby jesus be "0" was not liked by the civilazation, Therefore the earth started at "1". That is why there is not a roman numeral for "0"
No, there was the concept of zero dates over a 1000 years than 900ad. Don't confuse the lack of a symbol as proof they didn't understand the idea of zero.
i can read binary, octal, digital, roman numeral, and digital. but for the life of me, i cannot figure out how to read a regular wall clock. the circle one that goes from 1 to 12 in a circle. i just don't get it.
that a realy cool screensaver does anybody know what it is called

decimal to hex to octal to binary conversions are sooooooooooo annoying to calculate.
RocketCarProductions 3 years ago
octal to binary, hex to binary, or the other way isn't that hard, but decimal to everything else is annoying.

no it is not annoying

When's the epoch the epoch clock counts from? Is it going by UNIX time, by counting the seconds since 00:00 January 1 1970?

the concept of zero did not exist until around 900 AD. so there really was no need for the roman numeral for 0.
Bio680 3 years ago
No, there was the concept of zero dates over a 1000 years than 900ad. Don't confuse the lack of a symbol as proof they didn't understand the idea of zero.

Well, if you say so. I just want you to cite that source.

I might give you one, when you give one for yours.

I never said that the theory of zero never existed. I said that they didnt have a symbol for it in roman numerals.

The lights in the top are clocks? I wish I could read anything other than XX:XX (digital 24 hour time)
I can't read analogue clocks though. Or the Tix thing. Or hexadecimal or whatever it is you said the clock does.
