@TacticalToast619 They aren't that hard to install. For about 100 dollars you could get a very cool set up. I'm not an officer but I've got a 50 watt PA system on my car. Gonna upgrade to 100 watts soon though. All you need is a CB radio with PA function, some wires and a speaker from radioshack, mine was like 25 $
