Look people, find someone technical enough to jerry rig a toy model airplane with a microwave sensor and a shielded data logger. Then, when HAARP is running, fly it through the beam... sure you'll lose control of your radio system, but set it up so it will continue to glide and then retrieve it. Only then will anyone KNOW how much power HAARP is ‘actually’ turning out, as THAT!... is ‘actually’, the whole point.
