but for me emerald doesnt work. it opens and when i click on some theme it freezes for like 1 minute :/ what should i do to make it work? some1 help pls
That's actually pretty easy... Install cairo-dock and install compiz and emerald. Look in the ubuntu package manager. And the rest are configuration files: for cairo it's right click on the bar for compiz and emerald it's in the preferences menu on the top bar.

Have you actually waited for more then a minute... it sometimes takes him some time to apply the theme...

i got it working. i just had to write in the terminal --replace emerald :) thanks for help
