Hi guys i'm lookin for advice. I'm 19 my weight is 84kg I'm not really a muscular guy i'm more like a ectomorph, everytime I try to put on some muscle I really don't put much fat to my belly but it goes all to my butt ... I have a really big butt like a fuckin' girl and i'm not fat nowhere on my other body parts.. anyone having the same problem or some advice how to avoid this?

The more carbs you eat the more water weight you hold. So after eating a lot of carbs and drinkin a alot of water you will be bloated. I believe its for every gram of carbs you eat your body can hold 4 grams of water. So its not really broscience....its real science O_O
The body doesnt store protein as fat efficiently, and when body building there is usually a higher demand for protein, also 25% of calories from protein go towards digesting it, and finally, protein promotes the release of glucagon (opposite effect of insulin) The fat utilizing hormone! - the whole premise behind the atkins diet, yeah buddy.
Your body get fueled off of carbs.So when you don't have enough carbs your body has to change the protein into carbohydrates so your body can use the carbs for cellular energy. Therefore when you eat a ton of protein and less carbs its harder on your body, the protein stays in your body longer, and you will tend to lose weight.
You guys described that if you take in a lot of calories from proteins, you actually end up losing some weight. Give yourself some more credit this isn't just broscience, it's ketosis! Some people advocate eating a high fat/protein and low carb diet to make your body start tapping into your fat storages, converting fat into ketones to use as energy. I think this is the basis for the Atkin's diet. I've had friends use this to lose fat.

Remeber nuts and peanut butter are very calorie dense because they are high in fat (1 gram of fat is 9 calories) - but yeah I wouldnt go on that weight gainer shit or else your gonna have a shit load of fat thats gonna be a pain in the ass to get rid of.

Ive gained alot of muscle during my 4 1/2 month bulk, ive gained 25 pounds, but ive gained fat on my stomach and its pissing me off, its impossible for me to gain only 1 pound a week with just eating, and when i do gain weight its like 2 or more pounds and its pissing me off, so should i add some cardio?????

I would say if u think that this is the strongest you'll ever be you should lower the rep range (i know u guys like higher reps) every once in a while. maybe 4-8 reps instead of 8-12

I snapped the shit up in my left shoulder last friday when I was working out shoulders and did the military press behind my head. Think it was 130 pounds barbell and I lost the balance cuz I couldnt really focus because it was a fuck tard in the gym that day that was threwing weights on the ground and screaming because he thought he was strong or someting. But however... I dont really know what happened in my shoulder but it really hurt when I take my arm up. But today its actually abit better

Your body doenst store protein. When its not used it will be dissimilated. First it turns into NH4 and then ureum. Then you piss it out. If you consume more protein and gain fat it isnt from the protein its from the carbs.
The thermic effect of protein is higher. Meaning the body uses more energy to break down protein (sometimes up to 30% of its calorie value) to use it to build muscle. For carbs the thermic effect is around 20% and for fats is 3%. Thats why high fat diets can lead to weight gain as the body doesnt use much energy breaking it down. Protein and Fat diets stabilise insulin levels, this is more likely to ensure that you dont get cravings or hunger pangs during the day and otherwise eat too much food.

I don't agree with you in these points guys. Caloric surplus has the same effect wheter it's protein or carbs. Calorie = Calorie. And you guys should not even worry about fat gains. Go straight with a surplus of 900 cals a day and you gonna break your plateau.

Your right in that all carbs are not created equal, since u guys look like you like to make educated decisions i would take another look at paleo/primal. Take a look at these websites and u guys might get bigger and be healthier than u ever thought you'd be.
The weight your gaining from carbs is not fat (given all cals are equal) You're storing glycogen within the muscle. You're storing more water....If your cals are the same, you're losing water and glycogen..not fat

@MrHabeascorpus you eventually hit a wall doing it natural. plus they're older. they aren't early 20s or Teens anymore. The only way they'll see improvements like they've seen in the past is if they hop on the juice, but the side effects outweigh the good.

@lBlRAlNlDOlN not true. look at scooby for example, a natural bodybuilder in his 50's. he is more defined and has more muscle mass than either of these guys. but he has been properly training for about 30 years. these guys only for 3 years, so no they don't need to hop on the juice there is still a lot of muscle building potential, when it comes to gaining more strength, probably not as much.

My first day at gym. Worked out propper hard taken all your advice with sets and reps. My muscles are very weak, not sore (yet), i felt sick after then recovered after protein shake <that normal?. The videos coming!.

@MightyMitchx Seeing at it was ur first time in the gym, ur body is just feeling lactic acid sickness. this will go away as you increase you anaerobic conditioning (which will be increased by simply following ur wight training session). keep at it!

I snapped the shit up in my left shoulder last friday when I was working out shoulders and did the military press behind my head. Think it was 130 pounds barbell and I lost the balance cuz I couldnt really focus because it was a fuck tard in the gym that day that was threwing weights on the ground and screaming because he thought he was strong or someting. But however... I dont really know what happened in my shoulder but it really hurt when I take my arm up. But today its actually abit better

WHAT YOU STATED WAS UNTURE. the reason your gaining weight from the carbs isnt because it is storing it as fat, its because carbs draw water into your muscles causing you to gain water weight and make you look full. And when you cut your carbs out, you lose the water weight and you look flat. Every gram of carb, or i should say glycogen draws in 2.7 grams of water into your muscle. So yes, you guys are broscientists. DO some research before giving people advice :) ktnx

Your body doenst store protein. When its not used it will be dissimilated. First it turns into NH4 and then ureum. Then you piss it out. If you consume more protein and gain fat it isnt from the protein its from the carbs.

The thermic effect of protein is higher. Meaning the body uses more energy to break down protein (sometimes up to 30% of its calorie value) to use it to build muscle. For carbs the thermic effect is around 20% and for fats is 3%. Thats why high fat diets can lead to weight gain as the body doesnt use much energy breaking it down. Protein and Fat diets stabilise insulin levels, this is more likely to ensure that you dont get cravings or hunger pangs during the day and otherwise eat too much food.

I don't agree with you in these points guys. Caloric surplus has the same effect wheter it's protein or carbs. Calorie = Calorie. And you guys should not even worry about fat gains. Go straight with a surplus of 900 cals a day and you gonna break your plateau.

Your right in that all carbs are not created equal, since u guys look like you like to make educated decisions i would take another look at paleo/primal. The weight your gaining from carbs is not fat (given all cals are equal) You're storing glycogen within the muscle. You're storing more water....If your cals are the same, you're losing water and glycogen..not fat
