Wotif.com is just a 3rd party websites all rates are loaded by the Res manager or res supervisor if you ask the assisant manger they will not know they only do face to face. and hotel manager is just stats.
just but what your saying in a email and send to the Hotel manager you will get exactly what you want + freebies.
WOTIF.com is a great website, and if you call the hotel direct and ask them to match wotif they will if not go to the assistant manger they will overide, you dont need to speak to general managers or CEO's its only a nights accommodation your not buying the hotel.

Rate managers were the average rate has to be high no matter what and then there are occupancy mangers, sounds like u had a "occupancy manger" the last 4 years, all of a suddend your rate increases then u wounder why. i say booking on line is the best way to get free upgrades, espeally when there fully booked and your a return guest.. play smarter not harder. BTW wotif is controlled by the hotel we load the rooms and adjust the rates buddy.

Well Mr Mansfield, firstly there is nothing wrong with what Wotif is doing. You are old and I bet you are wise, you should be able to take a look at hotel point of view including wotif. What they are doing is just for security reason. And apparently you are not happy with wotif CEO, please take a look at yourself, are you that accommodating to someone that have a dispute with you? Have you been professional? or you are tend to Hang Up the phone. Mr Mansfield Lift up your game, pay your DEBT
