Also, this was actually just a dream sequence (which partially explains where the beard went - "partially" because the same thing happens earlier in the film). This clip ends JUST before David wakes up in his prison cell. (And then transforms for real, albeit entirely off-screen)

And, yeah, the guy with the walking stick was Daredevil. The movie was actually intended as a backdoor pilot for a Daredevil series that never got off the ground.

Continuity error, in Ferrigno's book he was suppose to have a book but didn't have time to grow one. Even in the comics when Banner is shaven bald Hulk is bald too. But Red Hulk's mustache disappears magically since General Ross is Rulk.
