Military Press, No leg bend, all upper body strict form. Push Press just a variation allowing knees to bend and more weight to be added. Good prep for moving from body building to more power based exercises, powercleans, log presses etc. Good Work
well the push press according to olympic standards is basicly a cheat ,ilitary press where u bend the knees, jump and lock the knees as u comtinue to lock out the arms.
on any note i am not trying to trash anyone just giving what i saw. really it doesn't matter becuz u own me right now.

I always thought that military press is the same as strict press, a pure press without leg drive.
With push press you can bend the knees. Anyway, good strong lift.
