  • Military Press, No leg bend, all upper body strict form. Push Press just a variation allowing knees to bend and more weight to be added. Good prep for moving from body building to more power based exercises, powercleans, log presses etc. Good Work

  • well the push press according to olympic standards is basicly a cheat ,ilitary press where u bend the knees, jump and lock the knees as u comtinue to lock out the arms.

    on any note i am not trying to trash anyone just giving what i saw. really it doesn't matter becuz u own me right now.

  • I always thought that military press is the same as strict press, a pure press without leg drive.

    With push press you can bend the knees. Anyway, good strong lift.
