click on the 3xOSC, go into your mixer, right click on Insert 1, Go to Link Selected Channels, and then hit To This Track. This will rename and recolor the mixer track as well as connect the two. Now Click on the first downward pointing arrow under where it says In on the mixer, and then go to Select and choose Fruity Reverb.

I personally prefer Fruity Reverb 2 if Im going to put any reverb on it when making this whistle.
