I finally found it, it's right in the middle of season 9 episode 13, The Fine Art of Parenting. I can give you and anyone else who wants one a download link for the full episode if anyone wants it... it'll be in .avi format and it's just a TV rip, not a DVD rip, but it's good quality! I also have the clip posted on my channel under the name "Thomas Dekker (Heroes, Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles star) in 7th Heaven part 2". At around 3:30 in my video the actual carrying happens.
