  • THANK YOU!!

  • what a badass job

  • where do u get the molds??

  • I want to eat that but to bad that I feel bad for eating santa and tree

  • I want to eat that!!!!

  • Lol," now I'm going to use my secret weapon"

  • My dream since I was a little kid is to have a chocolate factory. hahahaha

  • I love how the Santa is bigger than the trees

  • Woo I want that Santa!

  • Just went to his store on Hudson street in NYC-you can smell the chocolate when you enter-it's a beautiful store

  • Would love to work with him. Great work!

  • If you are using a wooden table don't do that.

  • That sous chef that gets to put his work in the fridge is a very lucky lady!!

  • thats the only christmas tree for me

  • finally found his videos. i used to watch his show on pbs. loved it. they need to put it out on DVD...they prob did.

  • I wished i could learn from this man!!

  • I wish I lived near his store :(

  • This was a really great video. Thanks for posting this.

  • freeze it or just put in fridge?

  • chocolates never go in the fridge nor freezer.

  • Put it in the fridge. I've frozen my molded chocolates in the past, but they wind up tasting slightly off.

  • If Jacques Torres says to put it in the fridge, then put it in the fridge. He's a chocolate master and has been for years.

  • never put it in the freezer

  • I've made chocolates in molds like this before, but ours were really ugly, haha.

We had lots of silly colors, like lavendar and bright red, haha.

  • well, there are my christmas gifts for this year lol

  • and the factory is apparently down the street from where i live

  • He is so cool! He has a chocolate factory here in DUMBO, Brooklyn

  • that santa ia so thin haha those molds arent deep enough

i love jacques torres show lol

  • Great chocolates but I could care less about the accent. I never understood why people like the French accent..it's like any other accent, big deal.

Anyway Mr. Torres makes many tasty items. His stores with the open factories are adorable and smell very good.

  • omg i'm so in love with his accent and he's amazing, you could convert anyone to a chocolate worshipper

  • whats the point of a hollow santa =O

i mean buying it just for show is wasteful =[

  • ooooooooooo thatz so freakin kool! i only wished i would've seen that b4 x-mas lol so i would've been able to actually make it. o well =)

  • Haha les américains qui adorent les chefs francais... le truc typique! En tout cas, ca a l'air super bon comme chocolat!

    GImme someeeeeeeeeeeeeee!I'm hungry

  • That is too cool! :)

  • Jacques should branch out more - he could be the heir to the title of that other Jacques (Pepin)! It's great to see foodie "celebrities" that are actually skilled artisans, not just hyped personalities like Rachael Ray, Bobby Flay, Emeril, etc.

  • He is a GOD!

  • Loved it really entertaining and good enough to eat.

  • Yum!! It's a mistake to watch this before I've eaten lunch. Ooh. My stomach's rumbling.

    Bon apetit!

  • He is a true master.

  • This was awesome. I love the way Santa was made.

  • The background music sounds like Coctail Party by Marc Ribot.

  • yumm

  • man I love this guy! Between him and Katrina Markoff....
