  • @IlanKog instead of tempura prawns, make your own ebi furai with head-on tail-on. So you've got the head and the tail of the dragon. and apparently you didnt watch til the end, i just fast forward and he made a wasabi shaped dragon head which was pretty cool ;P

  • @handiman712002 After he cut, he puts the tami back on and reshapes. The plastic wrap sticks to the tami and lifts away.

  • well as a fellow sushi chef the only things i can come up with are unagi(black) and as for the other one he may have use mayo mixed with either ponzo or mixed with either yuzu. in most scenarios restaurants use yuzu and unagi because the flavors combine well with each other. yuzu is a kind of vinegar btw

  • God i love dragon rolls. Its between that and Conch volcano rolls i had in florida as my fav sushi ever. Where i get my dragon the head is 4x as big. I love that cause i take the wasabi home and use it :).
