  • aw no :(

  • The person clicking this under the assumption this was dirty is in for a shock.

  • We had to have the same procedure done for our kitty as well. Our vet suggested supplementing the injections with diluted pedialyte to help maintain her chemical balance. It, along with the injections and antibiotics did the trick. She began to get noticeably better in about a week after starting the therapies and medication. Here is hoping for a speedy recovery for your beloved pet.

  • I hope he gets well soon.

I used to have some pet mice when I was a teenager. But for one reason or another they didn't last long (about a year each). Over the space of 3 years or so I had 6 mice - Fudge (adventurous), Smudge (grey and shy), Chocolate Drop (brown), Snowball (white), Sooty (black) and Sweep (greyish).

Pets can be so wonderful (forgetting about vet bills) and a part of the family.

  • Good on you! I hope he starts getting better and comfortable soon.

  • get well wishes @ the cat

it's great that he stays put during the injection, maybe he knows it does some good

  • good think you are there...Good luck!! :-(

  • poor kitty :( good think he has some one like you to take care of him..hope he is going better soon

  • poor kitty. :(

I had a diabetic cat. Two shots a day. No fun at all for me or him.

  • Been there, done that. Try to warm the water so it's less of a shock. Warm, not too hot. Give the cat all the attention you can. It's likely he's at an advanced stage.

  • As soon as I first moved here, My dog was trying to reach my parents...she did so by going around the fence...the guy next door (I'd say neighbor, but a neighbor wouldn't do this) Saw the dog, got out his gun, and shot her. Fortunately, the bullet entered the bottom of her left rear leg and went right through, but it did shatter the bones. She was in a cast for 3 weeks. I haven't spoken to that person since. Note: Bullet entered from behind.

  • that was very moving eric thanks

  • uhhh poor kitty, hope the little mate gets better
