If you guys look at it the right way, the correct way, many people thought his comeback died the day he passed away. THAT'S WRONG! His comeback began! The day he died and the months that followed-his record sales increased, his music was played daily, everyone was dancing his dance choreography, his videos were being played as well and the whole world had MJ fever :). He got his comeback alright, he just wasn't there to witness it :(

He said "in London". From what I know he was playing with the idea of doing a string of shows in Las Vegas like Celine Dion. He wanted to be in one place, so that he and his children could be safe - and not move from here to there so much. Then at one point he wanted to retire from his musical career and start making films instead. Without any certainty I believe that this is what he was referring to. Again nobody but him knows exactly what he was trying to say..
