Please anyone had any experience. the l5 disck need to be removed and after the surgery can you still lift weights?

@lebguyfever 5 doctors told me I neede surgery. L5 and S1 were shot and some days I couldn't even put my shoes on. I refused and that was two years ago. I run 3 miles a day now and don't take pain medication anymore and I have no pain. Think long and hard before you let them cut.

you are applying a great deal of power to the treated area, do you ever have pain in your hands or soreness? If so hows does that effect the level of treatment for other clients until you have worked passed it?
