You might want to blow into the game because it could be causing a collection of dust. Also blow into the game system to, that as well could be the same problem. Hope that works!!

Nah, that didn't work. I think it is my controller because the start button doesn't work for my Super mario worlds either, but I can still play Super mario worlds.

no your thinking of sonic and sega.sonic's a lemon and sega is JUST trying to get the last of the juice then they relise that all dah juice is gone.i admit super mario bros three was better than super mario world.but mario is working wonderful in both 3d and 2d.

ok find a stretch with no enemies on it, then go back to the start of the stretch, do a spin attack but keep holding the button and just run, you'll see the P bar at the bottom of the screen fill up, when it flashes repeatively hit the jump button.

a good example to start flying is the stretch after the first plant, with two gommbas and a para-goomba on it.

I know how annoying it is to put this kind of stuff on youtube without dazzle or camrcorder, although my vids are hideous quialti(on my other account i have vids with sound) I have to

1. record it to VHS, if dont first its really hard

2. get a camera record the video, the DC doesnt record sound though

3. rcord sound with karoeke

4. save the vids to computer.

What'd you use to record this? o.o It seems like you used Snes9x to play this.

I recorded it to a DVD via the SNES RF connector. I then ripped it to my PC and converted it to an .avi, which I then converted to a much smaller .wmv.

It's a long and tedious process, but it works.
