@IrukutheNinja In the original arcade the map was only shown inside the yellow box. Also some of the sounds are missing, and shadow casting is missing, presumably so the game plays at a good frame rate.

i tryd to play this with demul it loads and show's the NAOMI logo, and then it under the logo i get the following error: "ERROR 01 THE GAME IS NOT ACCEPTABLE BY MAIN BOARD" can you tell me what to do?

I gotta admit this is one of the greatest kick-ass beat-em-ups I've even seen although I never played it. I hope Sega decides to create another Sega Ages centered on the Spikeout series or do remakes on it,which would be pretty cool.

Awesome. It's too bad that Sega never ported these games to other consoles, especially Dreamcast, considering that the Dreamcast basically was a Naomi board. Hopefully some small group will port these games to the Dreamcast from the arcade. I'd scream in joy.

The closest thing to having Spikeout on Dreamcast was Rent-A-Hero No. 1, since it used the same fighting engine during battles. Even though Spikeout: Battle Street was on Xbox, the arcade games should be ported to Dreamcast.
