  • This just gives me the feeling of first penetration, everything is all good and gonna get better......at the bars on gratiot in the 70's this is what we were seeing and listening to..........PLEASE!!!!!..............THE EPITAMY OF INVINCIBLE

  • One of my favourette of David's solo songs

  • This stuff is timeless.

David Jo is a rock icon frozen in time.

I had no idea back when I was a teenager in the late 70s that his influence would be so vast.

  • The first I heard of David Johansen was this, his self titled debut. It was to be a few years later I heard the dolls, but this LP- with Girls, Funky but Chic- and (the LP version of ) this were so good. Or maybe i was in a good mood back then. NY Dolls, sure- but all 3 of his solo records (I even liked that 'Swahetto Woman!') never get any credit. However, can do without B. Poindexter- what a disaster that was....

  • who made the piano for this song???

  • wow nothing more to say ....... great song

  • i cant get the kind of love that i need and i want classic

  • In 1979 he did a tune called "We're all crazy". I can't find that one.

  • @jityr2 "Wreckless Crazy" and it is on the In Style album

  • @spiderkiss Thanks for correcting the name of it but I still can't find it.

  • @jityr2 You mean you cant find it on youtube? Most of the album In Style is not on here, and almost every song is fantastic.

  • I bought this album when it first came out-"Frenchette" still sounds great today.

  • Original from his Debut "David Johansen", this is live.

  • What album is this?

  • This guy looks like Benicio Del Toro.

  • Huh? Dedicated to everyone on a diet? Me? Yeah, that'll be the day. Haha!

  • Oh lord how I much I loved this song

  • check out Live It Live.

  • Cool!

    I like this :)

    RIP Frankie LaRocka.

  • I've got the vinyl too. I saw him twice with this band in'78. They kicked ass.
