Is it possible to use the auger to coarsely grind soaked beans, or beans that have been cooked and then dried to the consistency of roasted coffee beans?
Yes, you can grind beans that are dry. If the beans are moist or oily, then you will likely run into trouble. No harm in experimenting, though the worst you can do is clog up the grinding plates and have to clean them off.
