What I Did for Love....jazz version. Like all old, retired classical and concert pianists. Never really quite understood why half of them drop out (after some major performance achievements) that they switch to jazz. ugh. *sigh*

Thanks. I've been playing for 44 years. Both my parents have been very supportive of my music, strangely enough, my dad is even more enthusiastic than my mom. He is a professional man, and respects someone who pursues a skill.

I think this song is probably one of the most classic that modern Broadway has to offer. I have never been happy with the way I play it, but it's starting to grow on me!

You are very nice to say that. I'm just a perfectionist. I think maybe I played it so much when it first came out, that I lost the spontaneity of the song. I think I'm recapturing it now. I only play a song when it feels like something special to me, like a friend or loved one. LOL, but true!
