They are used to people, and although there are signs posted not to feed them, I think some people do feed the raccoons.

It looked like they were searching for bugs and insects, maybe worms. But with some people feeding them there might be 'crunbs' left in the grass.

@JCVdude Yeah but the little buggers will still look around through the dumpsters :)...take pet food right out of the bowls, too. Don't even care about the pets' objections.
