Jo was alright, but she was also kind of obnoxious, Her and Dean had chemistry, but I think she was a bit more of a girl than a woman, you know? She was just a little too young and slightly child-like for him, it was like he would have had to have been half-father/half boyfriend to her if they got together. She wasn't quite mature enough yet.

In "Dark Side of the Moon" Ash could not find Jo and Ellen in heaven. This leads me to believe they were NOT there (honestly, when did Dr. Badass ever just MISS something?). So I believe they've been alive and fighting the good fight, and when the time's right Dean and Jo will have their chance :)

... May be wishful thinking. But Kripke did set it up so they have the option to bring them back if he wants to. So fingers crossed XX

@JAcklesfan The producer's didn't want Jo&Dean as love. Because most fans didn't want that. To him she was his little sister...but the producers also said that Jo&Ellen come back. I think in the 6 season.

i really don't get what they didn't like about her...

she was one of the few characters who could really grow in the show...i think she connected more to the boys than all the other, older ladies could....

she was more of a friend to them...or little sister. it could've allowed her to grow....

i really liked jo......the problem was that there where just as many people that liked her as those who didn't like her but the ones that didn't got there point across better i guess....of course i could be wrong but that's what i came to understand....thanks for posting this....it's one of my favorite scenes from season 2
