For crying out loud, there was the hammer and sickle on pretty much EVERYTHING that they owned and everything was painted in red (very fictional compared to the actual). On top of that, the scene of the boats surrounding Manhattan in this video, portayed very similar to MW3.

I remember buying this game when i was 10 after playing RA1, seeing this cutscene and having my balls blown off by awesomeness. The actors, the music, the story, seeing the new units, everything about this game was a nicely wrapped package of "HOLY SHIT." every time i see this i feel like im back in 2000 watching it for the first time. I play it from time to time and it still wows me with its innovations and engaging storyline.
