This was pretty much useless. Simple common sense approach. Real help should be provided for a person who has already practiced these steps and needs some real help like an avenue to approach the current investor not just the servicer who I remind you is only worried about not losing its profit and not helping people they are only in it to help themselves. The video is useless in my opinion
